Mark Cisneros

Director of Coaching

Mark Cisneros is an award winning educator and English instructor at both the high school and college levels. In addition to being a veteran teacher, Mark is also a long time youth soccer coach, working with kids at youth levels through semi-professional ranks. He is the head boys’ varsity soccer coach of nationally ranked Alisal High School in Salinas, California. Most recently, in 2021, Mark was named the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Monterey Peninsula College (MPC). Mark is fully committed to a broader spectrum of player development, one that includes psych-social concepts, mental frameworks, and technical & tactical abilities.

For the serious soccer players, player development–the mind and the body–should be first and foremost. AF Monterey is where it all begins. Let us make you great!
