Any fees paid in prior to the start of a class or camp are 100% refundable less any service charges by our financial institution. Fees are 50% refundable (less service charges) during the first 2 weeks of a class and are non-refundable after the end of 2 weeks. Camp fees are non-refundable after the 1st day of camp.

Our goal is to provide quality programs at affordable prices. However, we also have overhead (field rentals, insurance, etc) as part of putting on our programs. Many of our programs support a multi-payment registration option.

Our registration fees cover the cost of the entire class. At the discretion of the Director of Coaching, your child may be able to drop into another (additional) session as a make-up.

Our primary objective is to support the growth of our Academy players. We encourage our players to communicate with their coaches directly regarding questions, concerns, advice, and other aspects of their participation in on-field Academy programs.

All of our coaches and our Director of Coaching are available to answer any questions or issues that may arise from the parent/guardian side.
